Mission Statement

The mission of Risk Management Group, Inc., is excellence in the development, delivery, and execution of price risk management strategies for agriculture producers and users. RMG works with producers, developing strategies for cash-only marketers, users of cash and options, and producers who utilize both options and futures. Our focus is on developing practical strategies that utilize the tools the individual wants to use, timing cash sales to meet cash flow needs, and earning a return to storage whether owned or commercial. RMG originates their own research and uses the most efficient means of communication - DTN/AgDayta, the internet, and fax - to assure timely execution of strategies.

Our services are fee-based, with a performance component that puts our income at risk with our recommendations and the results of our clients. Our methods undergo continuous, rigorous evaluation by RMG and our customers, as we strive to improve our services rather than resting on our record. The founders and principals of Risk Management Group come from production agriculture. We believe that we understand what producers need and want in a marketing service. Ultimately, the focus of these efforts is to manage price risk, consistently market 100% of production in the upper half of the marketing range offered, and to improve return on investment, enhancing the probability of success for our clients' operations.
